Overview

Stichting Chapter Zero Netherlands which operates “Chapter Zero Netherlands” is a non-profit organization registered in The Netherlands with registered number 864698008, registered office at Gemeente Amsterdam, and visiting address at Wirdumerdijk 34, 8911CE Leeuwarden (the “Foundation“).

The Foundation provides and facilitates a network of Non-Executive Directors  committed to developing their knowledge of the implications of climate change for their businesses (the “Companies”).

The Association owns, operates and makes available the website available at the URL: www.chpaterzero-netherlands.nl and www.chapterzero-netherlands@eu (the “Website”) to users under the following Terms and Conditions. Use of the Website includes: (a) accessing or browsing the Website; (b) registering to become a member of the Website; (c) searching for information and downloading reports through the Website.

The Privacy Policy which sets out the terms upon which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us also applies to your use of our Website and the Network. By using our Network, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Agreement to the Terms and Conditions

The Website may contain features including blog, report and newsletter services, event, issue and community pages, member areas and other applications that may be available from time to time. Any person who accesses or uses the Website agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions contain conditions, disclaimers and other provisions, some of which limit or exclude the Association’s liability. Any person who does not agree or comply with these Terms and Conditions should not access or use the Website. We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time by amending this page.

The content of the Foundation’s website has been created with the greatest possible care and to the best of our knowledge. Nevertheless, neither the Association nor its representatives or employees as providers of this website assume any liability for the topicality, completeness and correctness of the pages and contents provided. The relevant standards and directives on corporate governance as well as on climate change and its impacts, challenges and opportunities are subject to constant change. We do not provide any representations, warranties or guarantees that any information on our Website is up-to-date, complete or correct.
